Nigerian controversial singer Portable recently opened up about the origins of his ongoing feud with fellow artist Seyi Vibez in an exclusive interview on Nedu’s podcast, “The Honest Bunch.”
Portable explained that the feud began when Seyi Vibez approached him to perform at his show during their early days in the music industry. At the time, Portable agreed to perform for free as a gesture of goodwill and unity among up-and-coming artists.
As their careers progressed, Portable invited Seyi Vibez to perform at his own show, hoping to foster collaboration and mutual support. However, Seyi Vibez‘s silence in response to the invitation hurt Portable and marked the beginning of their public feud. Portable expressed disappointment over what he perceived as Seyi Vibez‘s refusal to reciprocate the earlier goodwill he had shown.
