Davido Adeleke, the renowned Afrobeats Superstar known as Davido, recently took to his social media platform to offer sincere congratulations to his cousin, Deji Adeleke, on his recent political appointment in the vibrant state of Osun.

Mr. Tunji Adeleke (Jnr), the son of the late Osun State governor, Isiaka Adeleke, and elder brother to the current governor, was appointed as the chairman of the Local Government Service Commission by Governor Ademola Adeleke in July 2023.

In a display of unity and affection, Davido, on August 7, used his official Twitter page to extend warm congratulations to his dear cousin on this special occasion. He expressed his admiration for Tunji as an outstanding leader and conveyed his confidence in his cousin’s ability to excel in his new role. Most importantly, Davido pledged unwavering support, assuring Tunji that he will stand by him throughout this exciting phase of his journey.

In the spirit of his jubilation, Davido used his Instagram story to announce that Hon. Tunji Adeleke, the freshly appointed Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission, paid a respectful visit to Hon. Teslim Igbalaye, the Secretary of the O?un State Government, earlier today.
